At Wicked Woodworks Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as final sale.
4. Process for Returns

Shipping Instructions: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at bruce@craftsbybruce.com.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
